If you wish to retain/engage the services of Nexus Canada, there are two (2)
methods of payment that you can choose:
1. You may wire transfer our fees to us by providing the sending financial
institution with the following information:

Should you be wire transferring our fees to us, we would ask you to kindly e-mail/fax
us confirmation of same and we would ask you to send us an additional 40 USD to cover the cost of handling charges imposed by both the issuing bank and Royal Bank of Canada for the wire transfer.
PLEASE INSTRUCT THE ISSUING BANK TO ADVISE THE ROYAL BANK OF CANADA TO NOTIFY
NEXUS CANADA JUST AS SOON AS YOUR PAYMENT ARRIVES IN CANADA.
2. You may pay by MasterCard, VISA or American Express online by using Paypal.
Should you follow this route, please be advised that any personal information you
supply is kept in the strictest confidence and, for your own protection, no information
is held on any of our servers. Furthermore, our online credit card payment facility is
secured by Paypal and cannot be viewed by any third party. All transactions are
processed directly with our banking institutions by Paypal, the industry
standard, at the highest available current encrypted security level.
Please note that regardless of which payment route you follow, your funds are held
by our firm in a Client account and are only transferred to the general account of
Nexus Canada upon your being billed for services rendered. All clients receive
receipts for monies received and invoices for legal fees that have been billed.
PERSONAL CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
